What? My aim is to make rare stuff publicly available again with the best possible sound quality.
Thank you for once again taking us on an amazing journey! Listening right now, and it sounds fantastic. Your work and generosity are greatly appreciated.
Prof....Where do you find the time, Sir. If The Who Continuum were smart they'd be smart to have you on board to handle the knobs in the vaults. Did you ever think of using your demix / mix skills to the mess that is the 1968 Decca release mess that is "Magic Bus" album ? Just a thought.
Thank you for Tanglewood! This was always a tricky one back in the days of tape trading. And again, a big thank you for Amsterdam. I had tipped off a friend to your work on it and as I recently saw him since that time and he raved about its excellent quality. Thank you!
Your so right about these shows of the band at this moment on this tour I seen the Who up and down the eastern seaboard many times this show was one of them Tanglewood was a special place for Bill Graham.Thank You for bring it back alive been a long time since I recalled this show and venue.
ally looking forward to this one prof. Your work is important and respected. I like this show so much. The video is worth watching just for the Overture, to see Keith air drumming furiously along as Pete plays his solo transition to the It's a Boy part.
thank you so much! amazing stuff. would love to hear what you could do to more Dylan from 1965-66 where he was playing songs not on that last months tour that are so documented. In Australia i think he played positively 4th St for example. Also the 1987 Europe tour with Petty has some recordings that could be made much better I suspect.
Thank you again! Have all the versions (of this show) out there been sourced from mp3 files released by WV? Is there a list anywhere of WV shows that have been released in FLAC format?
